ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

BTE kits are only sold direct from BTE. They are not available through dealers, hobby shops, or mail order houses.

1. Satisfaction Guaranteed! If you're worried about ordering a kit that you've never seen before, let us put your mind at ease. Once you receive your kit, take up to seven days to inspect it. Go ahead and study the plans, read the book, fit some parts together if you wish. If it's simply not to your liking, return it in its original condition to BTE for a full refund!

2. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Checks, Money Orders, and PayPal. To place an order with your credit card, simply call our toll-free number, 1-800-557-4470 (US only). We'll ship your kit as soon as we receive your order.

3. If you prefer, we can ship C.O.D. There is an extra charge of $12.00 for C.O.D. orders, but it is the fastest method of getting a kit to you without using a credit card or PayPal. When your kit arrives, you may pay the C.O.D. amount with a check or money order. UPS no longer accepts cash for payment.

4. We normally ship via UPS Ground in the lower 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, we prefer to use USPS Priority Mail. Outside the US, we only ship USPS International Priority Mail (6-10 day delivery).

5. Length of shipment time can vary from two or three days for the west coast to eight or nine days for the east coast.
